RICABOR Membership Application and Benefits
What you need to apply for membership with RICABOR:
Completed Membership Application, Copy of your License, Dues, a Letter of Affiliation from your Firm if you are an Associate, Board Certification Form if you are joining as a new Office/Principal
The Rhode Island Commercial and Appraisal Board is a dynamic and growing professional organization that is focused on bringing commercial practitioners and real estate appraisers quality programming, educational options and networking opportunities. The REALTOR® network provides real estate professionals with essential tools, a voice in governmental advocacy and the power of the REALTOR® brand.
Authorization to Charge Dues - complete this form if you are making application as a new member and would like your dues charged to a credit card or would like to have your check processed electronically.
Board Certification Form - to be completed by new Principals/offices when first joining. Current Principals/offices must also file this form annually in the first quarter of the new year.
Code of Ethics: all members of the Board agree to put into practice daily the Code of Ethics of the National Association of REALTORS®. They also agree to complete a course on the Code of Ethics once every four years.
Dues Chart - 2012 - dues for your three-part membership are prorated monthly as a new applicant. Please add the application fee or reinstatement fee, also, where applicable.
REALTOR® Benefits Program - learn about discounts that are available for members of the REALTOR® organization.
REALTOR® Dues Formula - Principals should understand how membership dues are calculated and their responsibilities under the membership policies of the REALTOR® Association.
