RICABOR Membership Application and Benefits
What you need to apply for membership with RICABOR:
Completed Application, Copy of your License, Dues
and a Letter of Affiliation with Firm
Application For Membership - RI Commercial and Appraisal Board of REALTORSŪ
Authorization to Charge Dues - complete this form if you are making application as a new member and would like your dues charged to a credit card or would like to have your check processed electronically.
Board Certification Form - 2010 - to be completed by new Principals/offices when first joining. Current Principals/offices must also file this form annually in the first quarter.
Dues Chart - 2010 - dues for your three-part membership are prorated monthly as a new applicant. Please add the application fee or reinstatement fee, also, where applicable.
REALTORŪ Benefits Program - learn about discounts that are available for members of the REALTORŪ organization.
REALTORŪ Dues Formula - Principals should understand how membership dues are calculated and their responsibilities under the membership policies of the REALTORŪ Association.
