RICABOR Membership Application and Benefits
What you need to apply for REALTOR membership with RICABOR:
Completed Membership Application, Copy of your Real Estate or
Appraisal License, Dues plus Application or Reinstatement Fee,
(see 2014 REALTOR dues proration chart below) ,
a Letter of Affiliation from your Firm if you are an Associate,
and the Board Certification Form if you are joining as
a new Office/Principal. Please allow up to 3
business days for processing.

Authorization to Charge Dues - complete this form if you are making application as a new member and would like your dues charged to a credit card or would like to have your check processed electronically.
Board Certification Form - to be completed by new Principals/offices when first joining. Current Principals/offices must also file this form annually in the first quarter of the new year. Code of Ethics: all members of the Board agree to put into practice daily
the Code of Ethics of the National Association of REALTORS®. They also
agree to complete a course on the Code of Ethics once every four years.
Dues Chart - 2015 - dues for your three-part REALTOR membership are prorated monthly as a new applicant. Please add the application fee or reinstatement fee, also, where applicable.
